Talk to a trained person, like a therapist or a guidance counselor. They are the people that are trained to solve the problem. As for your friend, comfort her and constantly remind her that it wasnt her fault.
Alright so for the past few weeks I have been talking to this chick. She has some serious mental problems (she is anorexic, and all that shit). She just told me that a guy molested her yesterday. She is telling me she deserves it and stuff because the guy tells her she is a bad person and deserves it. I know one of her friends. I don't know if I should tell her friend about it or not because the guy has threatened to kill her. I am the only one she has ever told this to. I'm not sure what to do right now. She has also seriously thought about committing suicide, so I am scared that she will feel guilty for locking this guy up and kill herself. I really have no clue what to do right now.
I am also just freaking out that anything I say might make her kill herself. I'm really fucking scared on what to do.

Call the authorities. They will detain her, put her into much needed therapy, and another low life piece of shit get's locked behind bars. Happy ending.
Oh I guess I neglected to mention that I live in Wisconsin and she lives in Maryland...
If she lives far away I recommend telling a close friend of hers that lives near her so he/she can help in parts you cant

Thanks. I'm just going to think it through a bit more before I do anything though. Your advice helped a lot. Someone can close this now
And @Cthulhu how is that?

You should tell this story to a close friend/relative of hers
I live in Maryland. I could talk to her, it wouldnt be too creepy.
Have you ever actually met her in person? If not don't worry about her she's probably just looking for attention. If you knew her irl then definitely tell her friend and get her friend to call the cops or something like that.
In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away.

@derkman, at thIs point.. If she is actually thinking of that, you really have to call for help.. Like trained people, right? Cause you don't want her to die.. I just learned two days in how to deal with this, and even though they tell you not to say anything, you shouldn't break the chain. But since it is gone that far, you have no choice but to get help from like people who SPECIALIZE in this situation..
