Login Mod Crash Help Plz

I followed what it said to do on the tutorial but when after the running man finishes it crashes before hte login screen appears, if the file is too big does it crash or do they somehow detect this now? Windows 7 64 bit The file is 48.6 mb

@Yao40x i suggest trying again with everything closed exept for CA so it makes ur pc faster cuz i have same thing... also
maybe try a different mod or make that file smaller (if possible)
