account authentication failed / reponse to server delayed

I can log on any other alt accounts. I can still log in the site without any pop up message saying that i can't and i can still play other nexon games. I've tried switching WiFi. It happened just a few hours ago but i can't seem to figure out if i got banned or not. Anyone else having this problem at the moment?

Sounds more like a connection problem. You're using a proxy?

nah, that's not a bane message but more like the message i get when the proxys fail. sounds like connection issues, caused by whoknows

Its a database error on Nexon's side. It might clear up after the next patch. Happened to me several times. Although the last time it happened it still has not recovered. Send a ticket in but GL with them getting back to you. Its been 2 months on mine. Your only real hope is that happens to alot of people and there is a massive out cry on the forums., but so far this does not look like the case.

Did you have alot of unopened messages in the game? ( 1000's )

its not a ban message. at first the char entering the game screen would load for a while, then kick me due to server delay.. a few hours later it says server delay, submit a ticket to nexon csr.. weird thing i can log on to my alts on that same account -.-

maybe your ip is not the same as the modern?
try set IP to your PC or laptop
sometime it happen to me but i just restart pc and the problem just gone
