You can simply make an account or you are wanting an account already having tier 6-7 tanks?
you have to tell people what you are wanting to trade for...

I would like to have a World of Tank account that has tier 5 and above from the American Server. I would like heavy tanks and medium tanks that is Tier 5 and above. I would like to have a Sherman 8 tank
