Minecraft stuck on "Downloading Packages"

hey all
im a kinda mad of all
i downloaded a cracked Minecraft.exe and tried to start up Minecraft but it wont download the Packages i need.
I´m using windows7 and i downloaded the new Java version.
i dont hav a payed account and ill just play the gae offline but it wont open :S

Just download the JAR file place it in the minecraft folder :|

it works now...
the firewall was Off but it still blocked minecrafts connection, i opened the Firewall options and puttet itt on the whitelist of Firewall, now it works xD
problem solved...
