Combat Arms Won't Open With The Hacks

So... I downloaded the public MPGH hack, extracted the files to
C:\Nexon\Combat Arms, double clicked on settings.ini, added my username and password to "username=, password=" then saved it. Then I double clicked on CombatArms.exe, and the CA window came up; I clicked on Start Game but no hackshield window at the bottom right came up and Combat Arms didn't load!

I did everything(or nearly everything) such as restarting my computer, re-downloading the hack, re-opening CombatArms.exe, added exceptions to my antivirus program, turned off my antivirus, and after all that CombatArms simply refused to open for me and sometimes the usual "CombatArms has encountered an error and needs to close..." window pops up when I try it.
Is anyone else experiencing this, and how do I solve it?

EDIT: CombatArms works perfectly when I remove the hack files.

Yes, I have. I just disconnected from it. There were 12 people, including me. But... nobody was responding in the #mpgh, they were afk I suppose, and nobody was in the #support channel either.
