Well, now I have taken the time to update this for you guys.
Well, the Specialist stuff I was to lazy to add now. (Because then I would have to change some )

Well, easy to use.
Same as the old version.

Extra:
I just added some unlocking stuff.
In case you wanted that

Select the Killstreaks you want and just press the SAVE to apply your changes.
And then your done. Close if you want to be 99% Safe

Use at OWN RISK.
But how to be more safe?
Use the editor ONLY in the BARRACKS!

And that should be it

Ah, also I give you new coding / hackers the Project of it
Let's see what good or evil it will come out of it

Done finding the values
But to lazy to make a program out of it.
If you know a little programming.
You can just easy edit the project and change the values and the Images

Can someone please tell me how i get pavelow at 4 kills with this i set Sentery gun as nr 3 and reaper as 2 and pave low as 1 but it woudent work in that order.

It only happened to me once.
And that was when I Pre-sat the Killstreaks and then I used the Editor.
(If I pre-sat the Assault Killstreak and then the Support I don't remember.)

Can we get some information here! How do we download? Don't put anything in you can't download..

Information:
When someone create a new thread and adds a attachment that users can download.
The Minion of that section have to approve the hack.

This is because they want to avoid people to download stuff that is NOT what it seems to be.
(That is why we have to add the virus scans.)

And most of the Minions have a life. (Unlike me )
And then they can't approve it because they are doing something else.

I hope you learned something more now.
If not let me know and I will explain more.
