What Pokémon game should I play?

I've got them all (GB/GBC/GBA/NDS)

I really don't know what to choose
The only series I haven't played is Heart Gold/Soul Silver

I have a game on Yellow that i'm playing I'm up to the Elite 4 on Emerald & On my gameboy I've done the Elite 4 hundreds of times on Crystal & I'm up to the elite 4 on Fire Red


Which Game should I pick & Which pokemon should I start with?
