I did but how to stop that "Chromatix" image showing when I startup mw3? It's annoying and I don't feel that secure with that action happening every time I start it up. Should I remove any file?

Its Safe dont worry, but if you want remove it go here : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3 (splash.bmp thats the file, simple replace )

New version isn't working for me. The installer tells me it was installed, but the progress bar stops on 996/18801.

i watched the video and the options look amazing, i would really love to try this out but when i click install it tells me that it's finished (instantly) but when i run the game i have no coloured textures, any ideas?

How now? i donwload then game runs per normal with no changes

try extracting MC folder on your won and then installing it ... sorry for the bug

Manually Install of Chromatix 2.2 ( for thoose who have Installer bugs)

1. Download it
2. Extract it
3. Extract the "MC1.0.zip"
4. Open the IWD Files (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3\main)
5. Drag & Drop the Modified Textures from House "mc1.0 folder" into the MW3 .IWD Files ( Notice only the Textures ( no Folders) copy them into the
"images" Folder inside of each .IWD)
6. Start Game & Have Fun

Now Everybody should be able to Play with ChromatiX 2.2

I did that and it seems to be working. Looks like all the files weren't extracted when I started the .exe for the first time.
