How can i change the apb aim cursor

Hi i would like to know how can i change the apb aim cursor but if you are going to tell me plz make a good tutorial with every detail i will be very thank ful to whome ever will help me

change m_fAccuracyRadiusScale=1.0
to 0.1 or 0.2
