    Its not patched because you can still lock your character. You either made a mistake or MS updated it 30 minutes after I locked my character.

    yea i think it's patched. I can log in after locking, tried locking 4 times already.

    There was an unscheduled server maintenance and I was able to log in again but did not see anything duped. So I tried again 3 times to make sure, sending the same packet and the same steps only to find myself able to log in and nothing happening.
