Can Someone Track me down???

So this guy pm me and tells me my ip. while i was in the game. Then he starts moving my mouse. I was like WTF i had no software running except MAT. then he searches my PC so i turned off MAT and dissconnected from the network and it stopped. Could someone please explain what this is... Please

P.S i have a secure network

maybe theres a program that could reroute your ip and control your computer! im pretty sure it's that way.

but i do have an antivirus i bought Avira Antivirus Premium. idk who could connect to me with remote control pc software. Does this software run in the backround???

Moved to SRH, considering this has nothing to do with MAT more than the fact that you were playing it when it happened. It sounds to me like you've been infected with a RAT (Remote Administration Tool). My advice would be to do some full system scans with some trial anti virus software, like Malwarebytes (inactive protection) or ESET Nod32 (active protection). For links to these programs or information on how to get into safe mode on your computer, consult Google. I don't recommend reestablishing internet connection outside of safe mode with that computer until the virus is removed. @Solidmass

ESET's stuff is far from the best. In all honesty the top AVs in terms of security are usually Symantec, Kaspersky & F-Secure, with Avira, Bitdefender & GData often coming up right behind them.

Nowhere near comparable to the top AVs, but I personally recommend it to every normal user - it's good enough for the average internet kid and it doesn't kill your performance. I even use it myself sometimes

Ohh, yeah, cool. I use it because my computer sucks. I tried ESET NOD 32 once but it raped my performance so much that i could barely use my computer
