exp bug

i take very low exp in game i dont know why and send to support and no replay any one can help with this ???

Your multiplier is 0.9 at 4 prestige which is too low for a silver district.

You have gold threat level. You must playing in GOLD servers to max standing and cash. When you playing on green you get about 75% less exp adn cash. In bronze server -50%, and on silver -25%.
