Just Google beginner Photoshop tutorials, do 5 that you like, come back and show us.
Then Google smudge tag tutorials, do one so you get the idea, show us, then go do another 4 smudge tags without a tutorial and show us.

If you'd rather do typography (text, in case you didn't know) then Google beginner Photoshop typography tutorials, do 5 and then show us.

I know it seems like a lot. But if you want to tag, then that list should only take you a day or two. If you want to do typography you can do it in about a day.
I we see you're actually improving, and following our advice, then we can help you further. But, if you are unprepared to follow our advice and just stay at this level, then there is nothing we can do to help you.

PS. If you think the fact that you still go to school matters, I'm 13 and, although I'm not great - nowhere near enough practice - following the advice given to me is what got me to my current level.
