Levels, Credits?

i notice when people post they have levels and credits and so forth under their names, how do i get this? im new. and sorry if this is in the wrong section i spent a few mins look for a question section.

Credits and ranking system comes when you achieved some posts, like you may know... there's over 900.000 people registered on MPGH and a lot of accs have 50- posts, get some posts and you'll earn them.
How to use them: I centrally don't know but i guess they can be exchanged for Custom User titles or change names.

no he wasn't a donator, i thought of that as well. oh well, ill just wait and see. thanks for all of your replies and this can be labeled as solved i guess.
