It's just my lack of experience :/... like I can't stop thinking about her, and in my mind I'm hoping that she feels the same, but in reality she probably isn't... I'll talk to her more frequently and get to know her better, I just hope that I'm approaching this the right way, so that I don't seem desperate for a relationship and she doesn't think I'm a creeper...

Well yeah. You don't want her thinking you're a creeper. That's why you befriend her to a certain point, and that you gain her trust. Then you go for her.

Ok so just a few things... The whole age gap is nothing. I know plenty of people who do that and are perfectly happy. Girls like confident guys. Just the little gestures will get you far (like putting your hand around her, asking her about her day, etc). To know if she actually likes you, you have to continue with that type of stuff and see where it goes. Also, girls love when you have respect for them and are really sweet. I am personally like that and all of my girlfriends say that is one of their favorite things about me. You don't want to like brag about it obviously, though show it through your actions (opening the door for her and stuff). Really when it comes to girls the small things are what will make the relationship. And judging about the whole thing I think she might like you. If she would let you do all those things she must have some amount of feeling for you. Good luck man
