Any way to find a legitimate US NX Hacker?

Hi, I'm new to this site but not to professional gaming or hacking. I was wondering if anybody could provide some information related to a US-version NX Hacker(siphoning funds to an account via hacking), because all the links I've explored either fall into the category of spam, malware, some BS "****** before download" link, or it just plain doesnt work. So the question is, does such a hack exist? And how I can get my hands on one.
