I saw a few rooms in pvp channel 1 and the game type is hot demolition?
WTF is that
it has +20% sp and +10 exp

I think you need g coins or something to create those.

But the only difference between the normal one and that one is 20% more SP

Nvm i just checked and didn't find it. Seems like only some special people can make it.

It's always available in Clan Wars now but in the pvp channel, it's a bug. Problem solved. req /close
