    DONT!!!

    Do not sign up for Zune, do not do anything with Zune. They are bad and dumb. They've been charging me for 3 months, when I was never subscribed to them, and they have no fucking costumer support!!! I've been in a chat with a microsoft employee for the past two days and he's doing his best to help me, but there is nothing he can do. You cannot unsubscribe from Zune yourself, you'll have to get help to do it. I am going to seriously... I don't even know... just don't support Zune!

    I love Zune 2nd Generation's firmware. THAT'S FUCKING IT. The Zune blew the fuck up from leaving it on the charger overnight ONCE and it VOIDED THE WARRANTY WHEN THOUSANDS OF OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.

    Ring them again and ask to speak to the persons manager, what they're saying is bullshit.

    I managed to fix it... but I dont have any like... I would give a link to all the people who have problems too, but i got on a chat with an ms agent, and then after about 2 days, he switched me over.
