Can't create a new account (NOT A LOCATION ISSUE).

So here's the deal: I have tried creating a new account to test out some different weapons, but every time I click the "complete registration" button, an error appears and prompts me to retry the word verification. This obviously shouldn't be a big deal, but I've tried the word verification over and over again for a good 45 minutes (rerolling the image, restarting the browser, and using different computers). And like the title says, this is not a location issue as I'm currently living in NA. Any ideas on what I can do? Or should I try to get somebody else to create my account?

i see what you did wrong...check in the box right there....if you say you did, then idk...your word verification is right though.

use IE. Trust me. IE works for everything, though it's slow. Trust me, and try IE.
