Bug Fixes

• Defended objectives in Black Lung now properly take full damage from Infected attacks.
• Level geometry in Rural Estate will no longer disappear when a player crouches in certain locations.
• Movement on ladders in Rural Estate has been smoothed out.
• Fixed an issue where Achievements were incorrectly being awarded.
