There any other servers i can play on that aren't through steam?
or should i just buy game again with new account ? and give this account away for someone who wants Single player only.

You can't buy the game again on same account because it says you already have it, you can use TeknoMW3, also buy MW2 for 20 bucks (MW2 is pretty much the same as MW3 without specialist killstreaks).
