What can your guild see?

Do they see which boats you start, when you level and when you level up your skill? Or is that just for friends?
I would like to know, as I would want to keep my hacking a secret, and if they see me doing some random raid 3 times in 5 minutes, they will get suspicious.

just friends so write their names down and then delete and when your done add them back so they dont see

Your guild doesn't see anything other than your current level, and I don't think anyone would notice even if you level up really fast.
Just make sure there's no one on your friends list.
