I personally love it,
Great use of the smudge tool,
But I think the flag in the right side of the signature, doesn't match the whole sig.
It's a bit too dark, for that kind of pokémon.
IMO, Awesome.

Very nice critique.

I would also suggest making everything but squirtle a bit brighter to match the compo.

also I didnt really notice the flag until vengeance pointed it out if that means anything
