MW3 English Language Pack?

Hey guys, I got VAC banned from MW3 a while ago, anyway I decided to borrow my friends copy of mw3 since I felt like playing but his is in Italian, so I would like to know if changing the language is possible and if it is can it cause we problems with VAC or steam? Thanks for any help

Just change the language of your steam into english. or go to options when right click at mw3 on steam and then change language
