Black Screen When hit by Gas or Fire

Hey guys, a problem i have had ever since i started playing on Win 7 64-bit is every time i get hit by fire or gas my screen just goes black. When the duration is over my screen turns back to normal. Could some please help me with this problem? It bugs me every time and I can't see a thing in game.

Seems like it's a problem with your graphics card; try updating your graphics card drivers.

Ya it still does... so i guess im just gonna live with it until i get new graphic card.
