I've programed a few simple games for fun and have been working on my own game engine. Aside from being able to program games I am proficient with security, and such. Need a programmer? I'm lead programmer for another potential game creation team, currently.

Don't even TRY. You will end up abandoning the project because of how hard and long it will be.

Just stick to mass multi-player games.

Even programming different modes is hard enough, so take my advice.
