Probably a connection problem. Check your modem and your connection settings.

Here's mine:

SSID: PLDT*****
WEP: *************
Average connection strength: Fair
IP: Automatic
DNS: Custom

If Its Connection problem, try this following solution:

Go Start>Run>Cmd
type :
ip config //some sort of text that you won't understand will appear.
next:
ip release //again, some sort of blahblah
lastly,
ip renew //just wait

this is for restarting internet connection to your isp in your computer.

reason that that sh*t appears :
the internet maybe not being turned off or not restarted

or maybe slow connection .
( what is your internet connection speed ? )

if your just using a usb blah blah (broadband or what)
then u must upgrade it .
