    The same happens when you block the spawn backpack packet.
    Then you either have a knife which can shoot like a shotgun or a shotgun (it doesn't make damage).
    The spawn backpack hack doesn't work when you are a mutant.

    I also made a hack with which you can move around when you are dead (of course you can't shoot), sometimes I also have a shotgun.
