it said.."The program did not quit properly the last time. Would you like to run the program in safe mode? YES or NO" I tried everything, yes, no, cancel, none worked. I tried running as Admin, no luck.

Reinstall , i think then it must work :/

You dont have to reinstall it, just restart you pc and press no (if it appears again) that happends sometimes to me too.
