Memory hacking [Germany]

hallo ich versuch mich zurzeit mit memory hacking bischen rum zu probieren , das ganze verwickliche ich in Visualbasic , hat auch alles geklappt und geht aber jetz mein Problem wenn ich zb. das spiel schließe und neu öffne sieht die sache wieder ganz anders aus , den hat das nähmlich ein neuen Wert (Value) miese sache ^^ , wie kann ich in VB ein Pointer setzen um das zu vermeiden ? wenn sich das überhaupt Pointer nennt bin mir jetz nicht so sicher , jedenfalls habe ich schon auslesen des werten , in Process schreiben ect. alles fertig fehlt nur das wäre lieb wenn jemand helfen könnte
