I like how 10 years ago, albums would sell like a million in the first week. Now they're lucky to sell 20,000. Falling in Reverse sold like 16,000 their first week making #17 or something in the Billboard 200 and they're not even mainstream.

Yea bands can only get music from concerts now-a-days.

Which is they way they SHOULD be making money. Connecting with fans. Before, some people would only tour like 3 months a year.

If I was ever in a band, my goal would be to have as many fans as possible, not money. Win awards, go on tours, travel the world. I'd spend 90% of my royalties to making the world a better place. Not buying $200,000 cars that are 8Mpg.
