Reply back after a while. About 48 hours should be good. If they still don't give you your ZP, reply back to their message and say that you still weren't awarded. Screen shot that thank you page and send it to them.

just contact them. I do them for every single sur.veys, and I get zp after a day.

I got 28,000+ zp by contacting. Just need patience.
