My FPS in Combat Arms

All I got is a Acer Aspire Laptop.
Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 N970
15.6" HD LED LCD
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 256MB(Reasons why I prefer desktop's over laptop's.)
4GB DDR3 RAM
640 GB Hard Drive
Battery doesn't last long...
Combat Arm's FPS: 50-90 Ingame all the time on medium settings(Pretty good in my opinion)
MW3: 30-50 FPS Average on medium to low settings with widescreen still pretty good and still very playable.
I'm getting a better desktop soon with AMD's BullDozer CPU.

The LGA 1336 i7 990x has been succeeded by the LGA 2011 i7 3930x and i7 3960x
