im guessing ur talking about how its about a totalitarian society (Britain) and V, an anarchist, believes the people should rule themselves, and throws the country into anarchy by killing key politicians. Also, it refers to Guy Fawkes, who was involved in the gun powder treason plot, where they tried to kill king James I due to religion reasons. thats all i got

The two movies are completely different. By comparing them, you have just made yourself look like a complete idiot. V for Vendetta actually a moral/story to it, while Resident Evil is a series full of random zombie-killing madness. Personally, I like V for Vendetta better, because it's more realistic and it makes me reflect on our government after watching it.
P.S. just kidding about the "idiot" part by the way.
