Turn off the esp. Try to do dual hacking (Run 2 hacks - 1 with just esp and the selfhook)

the delete menu doesnt work by me

Delete on a server to open the menu then use the mouse to do the rest

where do u put the hack at do u put it in ur cod4 folder or do u jus put it on ur desktop
