How come even though I start the trainer up first, then select unlimited ammo, unlimited explosives, unlimited health, no recoil, no spread, no gravity, super use, rapid fire and super jump, start MW3 SP, go in-game; super speed, no recoil, no spread, no gravity, slomo and super jump do not work. Also if I try to change settings in-game the trainer crashes.

Please read the main thread on how to use, dont select anything until you load a game.
