The only way to unban yourself is for nexon to make a mistake. Is that what you trying to say? unless it mean otherwise, and you actually post how you free from ban in nexon's forum. That an old forum also.

So let start ppl. In the first place i would like to tell you, hater gonna hate and sucker gonna suck, so dont take them so seriously.

Our dear nexon team working with their own rules and laws, so we shall follow it too. There is the solutions...

Note: This solution are only for ppl who get banned by modified files in their folder and the situation are similar to this quote.

banned cause using korean voice at 5-6 episode...

i was playing quite enough FAIR, hope no one else got the same fate as me..

What do i want to tell you with this?

It is about the laws of monitoring files in the users pc. It is strictly said it is illegal, if the company itself dont add it on their "TOS" and ppl agree to let them take information out of their own pc. Now, there is a big question, how would nexon know about the files modified case.

Ofcouse, in their TOS are said, it is illegal for users to modified the files, however how did they know the users have modified the files? What does that mean? It mean they are monitoring our files without to tell us and now after few months they use it to ban ppl, sadly most of the ppl who get conpensate from mabinogi got banned aswell.

Now, you do know the fact, even if you are modifed the files and if it not affect another players or the gameplay itself and they never monitoring your pc without to tell you about that.

You would never get banned in the first place and so i do know nexon staff wrote a ticket and answer "We found out you have modified a files/dll in your game folder". This^ is their own stupidity, because they are admitting that they do monitoring your pc without agreement.

Our europe law is pretty good, aint it? Even so if they are trying to tell you they "own" the game files, you could tell them about this theory.

Theory: The files itself isnt owned by nexon, it is owned from devcat, nexon only have the licence to use this files, if when they offer you to download the game client, it is still on their laws & rules, but once you downloaded the files down to your pc, it is also theoretical your own files and data. By this fact, you can sue them for hurting your Private law. I dont think nexon are in the position to say "However you will get 14 days ban, because of hurting our TOS agreement", since what they do is alot worse than what you have done =)

For they we may need a prrof that they got banned unfair.

For that they may need contact the support.
Support checks what they get banned for (mostly the files hackshield detected)

About this SenseAPI thing.
The guy who made this hack just replaced the original file for this modification, but we detecte only modified versions of this file, not the original one, otherwise every would have been banned.

About the girl always posting the stuff we delete.
It's called "Blackmailing" she tries to harm the company by telling you wrong facts.

It starts at the point where she tells that DevCat doesn't belongs to nexon and ends at the point you could sue us for scanning your pc, what we totally don't do.
You can proof the thing about scanning pc by ourself, just download a hack but never use it.

In this case you get never banned.

And if the girl continues with blackmailing us... I will just hand her data to the legal department, actually blackmailing is against the law in luxemburg and germany.
