my account had been hacked?????

i just got a bf3 account for a trader...
when i finished downloading bf3, i opened battlelog to login
i type my account and password, it didnt work!!!!
but i am sure it was correct..
SO, i click the "forgot password" bottom on origin
after receiving the key, i still couldnt change my password
it said "there was a problem communicating with the forgot password service, please try again later"
wtf
okay, i went to official site of ea to change my password
when i typed in my email, it said "no ea account was found"
okay, i went to origin live chat to ask for help
he needed my account owner's birth of date
okay, i asked the trader
he said "i just put something random lol"
wtf, are you serious?

EA Support is pretty stupid. I did something random in my date of birth too and my account was hacked like 3-4 times. The only way I got my account back is by telling them my product key and Origin order number and the last 4 numbers that were on the credit card.
