So i picked this up like a week ago and i am having the hardest time selling. I was asking 450 then dropped it to 400 b/o and starting bid 300m. The highest offer i could get was 300m even! I was told by MULTIPLE ppl (strangers and friends) that 300m is just almost giving it away.

So any Advice? its Clean. No enchants/enhancments. I undesrtand if i At least +10 it the value would increas but im not looking to spend any kinda NX or even gold on this. Im a staff evie and need the Gold.

So any advice or offers? ill sell it for 370m even though i dont want to. but if i can get at least 400m by tonight id be really happy. Oh one more thing. I would consider trading it for something of equal or greater value but no way im making the first transaction! Very Adamant about that. Thx guys.
