The render is horribly cut, the hair specifically. A little blur round the edges of her hair might fix that up a bit. Blending for that reason isn't too good. C4D is somewhat blurry, if it was very blurry in an out of focus sort of way it might work, however I would personally like to see it sharper.
I like the background and it complements the colours of the render but it seems a little bland.
A light source would also help to explain the shadow and lighting on the render.

No light source..which makes it look real dull.
That c4d was used all wrong..and throwing it on that kind of textured bg with those colors?
Nah mang. You would have been better off going Bokeh or watercolor stocks for effects on this one..
Not sure how much time you spent on this, but everything just looks too rushed, and lacking of the fundamentals.
But whatevs..I haven't been great tagging myself so I guess I can't unload to hard on you.

I really like the background I must say. Very very nice indeed. But like Eth said, the C4D isn't exactly fitting for this kind of piece. It maching in flow and colour but really, your mixing an abstract background with a mechanical C4D and a real life render. Not the best mix. It looks okay, and definitely isn't bad, but there are just better ways to use those different elements.

I don't know about the c4d you used, it takes alot of attention from the focal. also like others have said it seems a bit dull.
