    when i install vcredist_x86 2010 this shows up

    That error message is telling you that you have a newer version ALREADY INSTALLED! Try Control Panel, Add And Remove programs, and UNINSTALL the one already installed than try installing your version!

    But if you Have a newer version why do you need to install it?
