Not seeing the menu ingame?

Try downloading and playing the retail version.
Steam version is not compatible with this hack.
Either crashes your game on start up, or you dont get the menu.

Missing Dll's

MSVCP100D.dll
One way to work around easy, google the file name and most download links for those dll's are fine.
Drag ehm into youre :/C/Windows/System32, open youre command promt.
if you dont know how Start -> run/Search -> type in: cmd -> hit enter -> and a black box appears tada...
After that u whanna type into there regsvr32 Filename.dll -> and hit enter.
And to be on the safe side, have afolder where the dll injector is and put the missing dll files into that folder also.
Start it up do everything, start the game. if it crashes ur game using steam See solution 1.
in other words it's working but crashes steam version so get the retail version and have fun wallhacking.
Works Undetected 2 days playing and no one has noticed anything yet,
But for the safe side play in third person mode and start only shooting when u can see them on the field.
otherwise u get suspicous for shooting way to fast.
If there is still problems. i'll see when i can attend to help you.

Too late to the punch here, this hack is detected, I got suspended for 5 days on my tester char.

PS : Why these are not false positive? because the hack was detected as a ' trojan ' today . So , kaspersky finded the malicious code in the hacks and added it to the Database Detection . I have my private hack for war inc and there is no false positive . U are just stupid . This is infected because others tools are not detected .
