What happened to making accounts?

I wanted to make a new account yesterday, but it's not working

What happens:
- fill out form, even optional, everything is right
- click the accept button
- processing - circle thing shows
- the circle dissapears and nothing happens
- I click accept again
- the word verification is incorrect (even though it never changed)
NOTHING EVER HAPPENS!!!1

My friends have told me to:
- try it on another computer (failed)
- try it the next day because the server is lagging (failed)
- try another IP (failed)
- I even went on the cf forums and nobody is responding


Please try to register an account and see what I mean.

Don't say it's Area restrictions, i live in Canada

I use Google chrome normally, tried it on internet explorer and it still failed.

I tried mozilla like 5 times, and tried Safari once too, nothing changed, it's still occurring.

Well it's fine for me now. I found an old account i made but literally never used. I didn't even have a name out yet, so I don't need to register anymore.
