I Need More Explain , For Example : What To Do In The First / Seconed Ribbon ?

Yes they're still working.

For ribbon one: You need to win Hero Mode X games where the soldiers(humans) have won more than the mutants in the final results.
For ribbon two: You need to win Hero Mode X Games where the mutants have won more than the soldiers in the final results.

Actually the Ribbon 2 Is easier since Mutants always win But yeah both works...
