    Just threw some resources at you and gave you a few tips.
    The rest you can credit to your patience.
    You're getting a lot better.
    Always fill a canvas with black and see what it looks like on a dark bg.
    It will show you what you missed on the edges, and give you a good reference to what you have to clean up.

    The Refine edge bs did that grey lil smudgyness around some parts :/

    After you cut your render,
    Go to layer>Matting>Defringe

    It's gonna a help a little with that grey shit, but if it's in excess you just have to cut close and mess with your feathering.
    I try to go no more than 1 with the feathering..though it depends. Real people renders don't require it at all..
    but Game renders or cartoon shit work good with .5 to 1 setting.
