Anybody's ISP been giving them trouble?

For the past few years or so I've been downloading copyright material through torrents and such without a problem. Recently though, I've been receiving notifications from my ISP (Comcast) about multiple copyright infringement acts from my IP. They said that if it happens again, they will suspend my internet usage. To avoid this I could easily just hop on my VPN, but it did shock me a little when I read the notice. Has this ever happened to any of you?

I have heard of this happening, but my ISP never tried to contact me for downloading a few games

I have around 70~80 movies,8129084129048 songs,and about 8 games. Nothing thus far.

I heard about people claiming this as well, maybe because it's extreme use of torrent websites and P2P applications. I prefer forums that use file hosting websites but it's rare for our ISPs do this.
