Nice for your first one, if you want to make a readable ingame interface you should add the following:

vb:
Private sub handles form1.load
Me.topmost = true

make a form with as a background color an unusual used color like Maroon, then as for your transparencykey you set Maroon as well. Make a form with a few labels, work with if statements and you get the same as ineedwarrockhack or however that guy is called.
