Damage on AR

Hi, so I have been trying to put on damage proficiency on a AR and I dont see it working. I used it like 3 days ago on the Type-95 to make it super op but lately the icon for damage isn't showing up when I respawn (like when the perks are showing up and the proficiency under them). Is it only me or do you guys have the same problem?

Im trying to do the MK14 damage 1 shot kill thing.

IW has patched the proficiency thing... in other words, a weapon cannot use a proficiency that it wasn't supposed to have.. Like Damage on AR and SMGs...

Awwww maaaaaan... that sucks... oh well no more pp90 rapid + ext mags with dmg...
