[Sort of a Compilation] Most ESSENTIAL Plugins (That you need for YOUR server!)

Hey! I felt like making this kind of a "compliation"? Nothing better to name it, but let's go with that! These are basically the most ESSENTIAL plugins that you will need for ANY server that you create. None of these plugins are biased (as in they go directly to a certain server type. Ex; Roleplay) so you can add these to ANY and/or ALL of your servers! Enjoy!

• Essentials (the plugins)
  - All of the Essentials plugins come in one RAR file. EssentialsChat, Protect, etc. The only one you REALLY need is just plain Essentials. Essentials is basically the whole manager of your server. It's the one with the big configuration file that takes 15-20 minutes to go through. Though, once you're done you most likely won't have to go back. You need this for various reasons - It manages what you can block, allow, economy if you weren't to use a different economy plugin, and much more!
  
• NoCheat / NoCheatPlus
  - All servers have it unless the administrator / owner advises not to have it, or they just don't know that people can hack and cheat on their server without it. This plugin is like your need to brush your teeth every morning - unless you want gingivitis on your teeth, you brush your teeth. Unless you want hackers on your server to cheat, and play unfairly you install this plugin! It blocks any hacks (such as fly, or sneak hacks) and sends you (OP+) notifications if someone tries to bypass or use a hack.
  
• WorldGuard / WorldEdit
  - Pretty self explanatory name. World - Guard. Yes, it's basically the next part of your morning routine. You have to get dressed right? You have to guard those inappropriate physical characteristics of yourself - like you have to guard your spawn, or anything else! It's NEEDED to protect your spawn and making it so no one can grief it, no mobs can spawn, etc!\
  Also, WorldEdit is needed sometimes! It's optional, but 75% of servers have it because it makes building very easy, and many more useful commands.
  
• PermissionsEX / Permissions Manager
  - Permissions. The pesky little file that everyone bitches and moans about. Yes, it takes a long time and it's dreadful - which is why I use PermissionsEX! I recommend this permissions manager because it's VERY easy to use, which means you can catch on to it quickly even if you haven't used it before! You can do permissions - IN GAME! Through commands, simple enough right? If you don't want to use PermissionsEX, I recommend using bPermissions or another prestigious permissions manager. I highly advise against not using a permissions manager and doing permissions manually in the pre-made permissions.yml file. Now, along with PermissionsEX you get Chat Manager and Modifyworld. Chat Manager isn't really needed, but all you really have to do is enable the plugin and everything works great.
  
• Orebfuscator
  - Well, I felt like adding this in. Even though many servers have NoCheat, they don't have this. This is putting your shoes on right before class. You need it or your feet get hurt, and it's just not civilized. Orebfuscator basically blocks anyone who is trying to xray, and makes it IMPOSSIBLE for them to xray any kind of ores. I'm not an expert on exactly how it works, but basically it knows when you're xraying - now when you look to go xray every stone / cobblestone is either iron ore or diamond ore - nothing else. You can't go to a certain ore because everything within the stone is iron ore / diamond ore.

Easy enough, right? 5-6 simple plugins that MOST servers SHOULD use? None of these plugins are biased to the certain server type that you want to run, whether you're running a roleplay, or a drug server - these plugins are MOST likely essential for your server! Yes, there are similar plugins to these that you can use, such as AdminCMD. It's a FANTASTIC secondary plugin to Essentials that I have become very fond of. Very easy to use, and very organized. Not everything is put into one config.yml file.

Anyways, just wanted to help server owners who don't know what plugins they should / shouldn't use!

Also I would recommend, for all you server owners, to get xAuth. xAuth is a authentication plugin basically. What xAuth does is it requires people to do /register [PASSWORD] or /login [PASSWORD] whenever they join, now the basic principle of this plugin is to prevent hackers to hack your account. If you ever gotten a message saying, 'You logged in from another location.' Then, you see your hard work all griefed then this plugin is right for you!!

I would recommend that plugin for like offline servers because people can login as anyone.

That's where you're wrong. If you're looking to actually MAKE a real server that would go public, these are some plugins that you could/would use. See, that's why I didn't post any biased plugins. These plugins could be for any type of server - Roleplay, drug, prison, but then you'd add your own plugins that you desire to complete the type of server. For example; if you were to release a legit server, you think you wouldn't need Essentials? You think you wouldn't need WorldGuard? That's what I mean - these are the plugins that MOST people would most likely have.

Whatever you do, do NOT get orebfuscator for your server unless you have a powerful server machine running it. It lags the server so bad because it
1. Makes the chunk packets bigger
2. Takes the time to monitor and record all player positions constantly
3. Takes the time to change all hidden blocks into fake ores, causing client lag as well
4. If you don't know what I'm getting at, the plugin conducts forced infinite loops which lag the server
5. Hides ores that should be revealed
6. Has a ton of bugs anyway

If you want anti-xray, just get an x-ray logger, and observe/ban people accordingly. Here's a tip: Just don't have horrible judgment.

Ok then, allow me to rephrase my point. Like you said, MPGH is for hacks, right? Well why in hell are you posting an ANTI-HACK plugin. This is for hacks, not anti-hacks. However, yeah the other plugins are pretty essential.
